Hi everyone and welcome to my page!

Here's a little bit about me and how I got into handmade clay jewelry.
​
My name is Alejandra Baltazar-Carlat, I am originally from Querétaro, México but Tucson has been my home for over 17 years now. Tucson is a magical place and has been so good to me, this is where I met my husband, the love of my life.
​
I have recently graduated from my Masters degree at the University of Arizona and never in my wildest dreams would have imagined graduating during a pandemic, which is how I got into handmade clay jewelry.
​
Crafting has been helping me stay sane during this quarantine, in April 2020 I found myself obsessing over handmade clay earrings and decided to make some of my own. I was frightened to make this decision and taking the next step, but my husband has motivated me to start a small business of my own, and here I am sharing this with you all.
​
I am super excited for my small but very meaningful and special business. I know I am fortunate to have the time and the financial security to start a business during these crazy times of Covid-19, that’s why I have decided to donate some of the profits to non-profit organizations and other local charities in Tucson.
​
I hope you can see how much heart and love I will putting into every piece I will be making and know that for every pair that you purchase you will also be contributing to a good cause!
